As a Medior Consultant Cloud HCM ( in areas of Core HR, Talent or Recruitment) you are an integral member of our Oracle Business Group within our Technology embranchment. Together you will be implementing the next generation of advanced Oracle Cloud HCM solutions within multidisciplinary and highly driven (inter)national teams. This allows our clients to become high-performance organizations. During your job you will be working on challenging projects with components like implementation, application development, application management and application services.


You will work with experienced end users that know the ins and outs of the business processes and owners to establish the best solution to create value using Oracle Applications. Forming a link between the client and the development teams describe you and based on your experience, you can take the lead and responsibility to deliver (a significant part of) the project you are enrolled in.


Within the projects, you will be going through an entire lifecycle. From understanding the needs from the business to setting up the requirements, creating the solution design, building, and testing the software, initiating the deployment and the corresponding go-live of the desired functionalities.



HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED


  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree;
  • 2-4 years working experience with Oracle HCM Cloud in areas of Core HR, Talent or Recruitment;
  • Fluency in Dutch and English language (written and spoken);
  • Good analytical and communication skills. You have a problem-solving mentality and are able to quickly adopt to new technologies;
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed.
