As an Enterprise Architect, you will bridge the gap between business objectives and technology capabilities. You will help capture the current operating landscape (AS-IS), envision the desired future state (TO-BE), and design the steps needed to get there.

Working closely with business leaders, IT teams, and change specialists, you will ensure that architecture decisions support both strategic priorities and day-to-day operational needs.


Key deliverables

  • Initial architecture outlines for new projects and programmes.
  • Risk and impact assessments to support informed decision-making.
  • Roadmaps for the evolution of the IT and application landscape.
  • High-level reference models to guide consistent design choices.
  • Concise advisory notes with pros, cons, and value assessments.
  • Guidelines and reusable resources for architecture practices.
  • Training or knowledge-sharing materials for colleagues.


Main activities

  • Contribute to strategic and transformation initiatives where architecture plays a role.
  • Maintain and update architectural models and guidelines for assigned domains.
  • Develop and review multi-year architecture plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Facilitate alignment across different teams and disciplines.
  • Apply governance to ensure architecture principles are followed.
  • Help enhance the maturity and consistency of the architecture function.


Skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, IT, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise, business, or information architecture, or a comparable discipline.
  • Experience using architecture frameworks and tools (e.g., TOGAF, ArchiMate, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of process improvement, innovation, and change management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
