Business Development Leader – Netherlands (The Hague / Amsterdam Region)
About RahmqvistRahmqvist is a Swedish international company with more than 70 years of experience and operations in 15 countries. To support our global growth, Salespeople was established as a subsidiary of Rahmqvist, dedicated to recruitment and talent acquisition.
Rahmqvist has been active in the Netherlands since 2021, where we have built a solid client base of more than 1,000 active customers. As our current leader in the Netherlands is stepping down, we are now looking for a new business development partner to take over an established and profitable operation in the Hague / Amsterdam region. This is not a start-from-scratch situation — you will step into a well-functioning business with strong growth potential.
Your Role- Lead and expand Rahmqvist’s business in the Netherlands
- Manage and nurture relationships with an existing portfolio of over 1,000 clients
- Drive business development and sales growth in cooperation with headquarters and international colleagues
- Oversee daily operations while maintaining Rahmqvist’s service and quality standards
- Build and guide a local team toward long-term success
We Are Looking For Someone Who:- Has proven leadership skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Brings experience in B2B sales, business development, or team management
- Is fluent in Dutch and resides in the Netherlands
- Has strong communication skills in English
- Is committed, proactive, and ready to take a successful business to the next level
