Dayshift Operator – North Holland

Join a dynamic team operating a gas storage facility, crucial for the Netherlands’ energy security. As a Dayshift Operator, you’ll be on the front line of safe, efficient, and reliable operations – keeping everything running smoothly, while supporting production and maintenance activities.


What You’ll Do:

  • Perform operational field tasks and support the Production Team Lead in day-to-day operations.
  • Execute routine maintenance, site inspections, and operational PMs.
  • Release work permits on-site, including LMRA checks, and verify job site safety after completion.
  • Carry out condensate and produced water shipments.
  • Update data logs, report equipment malfunctions, and communicate key operating instructions to shifts.
  • Monitor plant and well performance and assist in investigations when issues arise.
  • Review work instructions and support continuous operational improvements.


Who You Are:

  • (V)MBO educated in technical, electronics, or process technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Knowledge/experience in gas & oil processes, condensate, production water, drying trains, and metering stations is a plus.
  • Strong communicator and team player.
