Main Purpose of the Job

This is a critical role ensuring accuracy in fulfilling orders in the Logistics department and ensuring they meet our high-quality standards as well as strict deadlines for courier collection, which enables us to meet our customer and Production expectations.

Role and Responsibilities

• Accurate and efficient picking and packing of orders to meet courier collection deadlines.
• Maintain accurate stock control systems
• Pack goods with protective materials and label packaged goods ready for dispatch.
• Ensure stock of packaging and product is adequately stored for ease of use and restocking.
• Receive and check deliveries
• Data entry into SAP.
• Book deliveries with couriers such as FedEx and DHL.
• Ensure all equipment is operated correctly.
• Immediately report any deviations or non-conformances to the Logistics team lead and document as required.
• Adhere to all health, safety and security policies and procedures.
• Always represent the company by behaving in a professional and responsible manner.
• Follow all applicable regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., GMP, controlled substances, ISO, etc.).

• Ability to carry out repetitive tasks quickly and carefully
• Good communication skills to effectively liaise with customers & colleagues
• Attention to detail with a good level of reading & writing skills
• Self-motivated & self-disciplined
• Able to work without constant supervision and direction
• Reasonable level of fitness to undertake manual handling – items are not necessarily very heavy but there is repetitive lifting and carrying work involved
• Basic computer skills
• Team player with a flexible and proactive approach; willing to fulfil any additional duties and requirements that may be necessary from time to time to meet company objectives
