Platform Engineer – 12 Month Contract – Amsterdam
We are looking for a skilled Platform Engineer to join an international agile team in Amsterdam. This platform is the global target system for managing customer data across both retail and wholesale segments, operating 24/7 at scale. You will contribute to building and maintaining high-speed, high-volume solutions that directly support the organization's global strategy.
In this role, you will work across the full development lifecycle, from refining user stories to production monitoring. You will design, implement, and maintain platform solutions with a focus on automation, observability, and scalability. The role includes Ops-related tasks such as deployments, troubleshooting, and incident management, as well as developing reusable automation and tools to improve delivery across multiple projects.

Nice to have: IT risk background, Azure Cloud, SecOps/vulnerability management, test/chaos engineering, Helm, S3, Spring Boot, Neo4j, Cassandra.
