Registration officer

A global leader in the food and nutrition industry is seeking a Registration Officer for a short-month interim assignment. This is a great opportunity to support international product registration processes in a highly mission-driven organization. The role is based in the Rijswijk area and offers a flexible hybrid working model.

As Registration Officer, you will provide administrative support for product registrations and renewals across the LATAM region. You will work closely with distributors, factories, and internal teams to ensure documentation is complete, timelines are tracked, and processes run smoothly.

• Coordinate and track product registration and renewal timelines for LATAM markets.
• Communicate with distributors and factories to collect and share required documentation.
• Maintain registration databases and tools to monitor status and deadlines.
• Prepare and organize documentation packages for submission.
• Initiate renewal processes for registrations nearing expiration.
• Support internal teams with administrative tasks related to registration.
• Create purchase orders and assist with general documentation handling.
  

• Start Date: 1 October 2025
• Duration: short-month assignment
• Location: Hybrid - Rijswijk Area (1 day/week on-site, flexible)
• Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week)
  

• Experience in administrative roles related to Registration, Regulatory, Legal, or Quality within the Health Care or FMCG sector (preferred).
• Familiarity with working with stakeholders in LATAM.
• Spanish language skills preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
• Comfortable managing deadlines and working with databases/tools.
• Proactive and organized with good communication skills.
