We are searching for a self-motivated Head of Partners and Key Accounts Netherlands to develop Axxes in this new strategic market. You will be in charge of the commercial development and you will be the main interlocutor of your area.

The customer target are the partners (indirect channel) who will resell our product and services to our customer (international transport firm).


Responsibilities :


Sales strategy

  • Designing and implementing (with the CCO) a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
  • Being the business representative of Axxès in your area and maintaining a good image of the organization
  • Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Regularly monitor the needs expressed by customers
  • Measure and improve the effectiveness of the multi-channel approach: telephone prospecting, sending sales literature, setting up a network of influencers, website, etc.


Business Development

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with the actual partners
  • Develop the loyalty of existing accounts by increasing the sales generated by each customer
  • Developing news partnership
  • Respond to invitations to tender issued by prospects
  • Negotiate with customers to determine the most suitable offer for both parties
  • Conclude sales contracts and have them signed
  • Carrying out actions with the commercial partners present in its area of activity, with the support of the Axxès head office entities,
  • Evaluating and seeking to improve customer satisfaction


Profile

You have a degree in business administration, management, or a related field with 5 years minimum of experience in business development.

You must have a good knowledge of the transport market and the country.

You demonstrated the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

Finally, you must speak English and Flemish fluently.
