Our purpose is to deliver essential business solutions worldwide and create long-term sustainable value for the benefit of all our stakeholders and the environment. We live by our core values: humility, responsiveness, reliability, and transparency.

What is the Young Talent Program?

The Young Talent Program is Bunzl’s international traineeship, lasting 18 months.

The program starts with a 9-month first assignment in the Young Talent’s home country subsidiary. After that, the Young Talent moves to another Bunzl company in a different Continental European country for a second 9-month assignment.

During the program, participants will receive training to strengthen both technical and soft skills, gain insights into Bunzl’s culture, and take part in challenging projects within our multicultural and decentralized environment.

Upon successful completion of the program and final assignment, the Young Talent is offered a permanent position at their home country’s Bunzl company.
