Manufacturing Technician & Manufacturing Engineer - Enschede

  • What you'll do

    You'll play a key role in refining and supporting production processes from start to finish.

    As a Manufacturing Technician you will:

  • Improve daily operations and technical documentation

  • Maintain PFMEAs, process instructions, and tooling

  • Support process validation and drive improvements in safety and quality

  • Act as a key link between production and engineering teams

  • As a Manufacturing Engineer you will:

  • Lead industrialisation of new products and optimise existing processes

  • Coordinate improvement projects, timelines, and budgets

  • Conduct DfX analyses and create value stream maps

  • Design tools and poka-yoke systems using SolidWorks or Inventor

  • Deliver training plans and process documentation for operators

  • Ensure process design is validated and released in collaboration with QA

  • What you'll bring

    For Technicians:

  • MBO or HBO in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or similar

  • Practical experience in production support and process improvement

  • A hands-on and proactive attitude with good communication skills

  • For Engineers:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronics or a related field

  • 5 or more years of experience in manufacturing or automation

  • Strong knowledge of Lean, PFMEA, DfX, and CAD tools

  • Experience managing projects and driving continuous improvement
