Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for sustainability and a background in offshore or maritime industries? This is an exciting opportunity to lead international projects focused on the removal, processing, and recycling of submarine communication cables.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan & Prepare: Analyze client needs, develop project plans and cost estimates, and coordinate kick-offs with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Lead Execution: Manage international teams on-site, oversee project progress and quality, resolve challenges, and ensure safety and compliance.
- Manage Budgets & Contracts: Translate contract terms into practical execution, monitor costs and timelines, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure quality delivery.
- Drive Improvement: Complete project documentation, organize stakeholder evaluations, implement improvements, and identify opportunities for process optimization and sustainability.

- Experience leading in international, multicultural environments
- Strong background in offshore/maritime project management

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, logistics, or maritime studies
- Several years of leadership experience in offshore or maritime industries
- Willingness to travel globally
- Resilience, flexibility, and a strong affinity for sustainability
- Fluent Dutch is a MUST.
