We are supporting a global organisation. 9 months contract initially – 40 hours per week- hourly rate is up to €105, 2 days per week in the Amsterdam office We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Analyst II to join our team within the “Ways of Working” track. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing data from internal systems such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab, and others to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. Expertise in data processing using Python and familiarity with technologies including Snowflake, REST APIs, Airflow, and Delta shares is essential. Key Responsibilities:Own the end-to-end design and delivery of data analytics solutions based on business requirements, progressing from idea generation to independent implementation.Autonomously ingest, prepare, and analyze data to translate complex business problems into clear data stories. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify suitable technical solutions that deliver customer value.Deliver insights primarily within the team's scope, occasionally partnering with cross-functional teams to inform wider business decisions.Utilize extensive skills in data analysis and visualization to create intuitive, actionable reports and dashboards that meet stakeholder needs.Identify and manage stakeholder relationships effectively; communicate complex analytical results clearly and begin mentoring junior colleagues on stakeholder engagement.Emphasize scalable, reproducible, and long-term-oriented solutions in all analytical work.Ensure high quality of outputs through peer review and continuous improvement.Influence business strategy and decisions within the track through data-driven insights.Contribute to the broader analytics community by supporting projects that enhance team effectiveness, participating in community activities, and fostering connections with peers. Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience in data analytics with strong skills in Python for data processing.Proficiency with data tools and platforms such as Snowflake, REST APIs, Airflow, and Delta shares.Solid understanding of business problems and ability to translate them into data-driven solutions.Experience creating impactful visualizations and reports tailored to diverse audiences.Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.Collaborative mindset and willingness to mentor others.Commitment to delivering high-quality, scalable, and durable analytical solutions. 9 months contract initially – 40 hours per week- hourly rate is up to €105, 2 days per week in the Amsterdam office
