This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about cars and committed to providing excellent support to Dutch-speaking clients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to automotive products and services.
  • Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and general automotive inquiries.
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of the company's product range, services, and promotions.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records to facilitate ongoing service improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage complex issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns and potential service improvements.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide clear solutions to customers.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • A genuine interest in the automotive industry and willingness to learn more about products and services.
