As part of a long-term ambition to develop a comprehensive team of engineers, we are currently looking to recruit a  Quality Controller/Inspector [Kwaliteitscontroleur/inspecteur] , who will report into the Section Manager. The Production Quality Engineer & Specialist will work closely with our current Production Engineer and our partner Broekman Logistics. The role is responsible for ensuring & maintaining highest production quality, in relation to Kubota quality guidelines. The Production Quality Engineer & Specialist will be based at the recently-established (2022)  European Distribution Center  [EDC], part of our Construction Machinery business unit. The role is based in Weert, via Raeka 16.

Your tasks

  • Documentation of assembly-relevant activities
  • Quality control in production
  • Carrying out quality audits
  • Contributing to the improvement of product quality
  • Documenting defective parts/products
  • Process monitoring with regard to quality in assembly

    • Your knowledge & experience:

  • Educational degree in the field of  engineering  or comparable.
  • Good knowledge of  English  and  Dutch.
  • Good knowledge of German(advantageous, but not required)
  • Good MS-Office skills
  • At least assembly knowledge (preferably experience) in the field of  hydraulics ,  electrics ,  mechanics
  • SAP knowledge ( QM ,  WM ,  PP )
  • QHSE  knowledge

    • About the EDC

    As part of a larger effort to invest into its people, process & products, Kubota has recently established a new European Distribution Center in Weert, the Netherlands. The new warehouse is 60.000-70.000 m2 with 50 loading docks and storage of up to 4.500 machines.
