We are seeking a 3 years' experienced HR Specialist with professional HR knowledge and practical experience of HR management for Netherland, proficiency in recruitment, compensation & benefit management, etc.

We are seeking a 1 years' experienced Part office administration, 1 year post order operation (finance direction)
Dutch language and ENGLISH fluency are required, oral and written;
Speaking Chinese will be a strength.
Job Responsibilities:
Office Administration (around 25%)
Payroll, compensation & benefit management for all employees.
Keep in touch with relevant government departments.
IND for expat /KM working permit application , extension , termination, accommodation rental etc.
Office daily administration stuff purchasing, ticket, hotel booking etc
Post order operations(finance) (around 70%)
Coordinate with HQ to collect all necessary documents according to contract requirement to make out proforma & commercial invoices.
Payment collection & AR management
Brokerage expense operation in SAP & OA
Requirements:
One year of international business post order contract operation
Good written and oral communication skills, strong logic thinking ability strong understanding ability.
Familiar with office software.
Understand all labor laws, regulations and policies of Netherland.
Familiar with basic intercom terms meaning.
Familiar basic commercial contract terms & condition of international business
Familiar with advanced ERP software SAP.
Well organized, Pro-active working attitude, good communication skill.
