Audit Supervisor - Market Risk & Treasury

Location: Amsterdam (Hybrid)Contract Type:Permanent Workload:Fulltime (36-40 hours)Compensation: €85,000 - €100,000 all-in


Are you an experienced Risk Manager with extensive knowledge of ICAAP, ILAAP and/ or ALM? Or do you have experience as an Internal Auditor regarding Credit Risk Management and would you be like to be part of one of the Europe's most prominent financial institutions? Then this vacancy might be for you.We are currently supporting our client, a prestigious entity in the Banking industry, in their search for an Audit Supervisor to strengthen the internal audit team. You will have a critical role in reviewing and enhancing how the bank manages risk within the Market Risk and Treasury domains.

What You'll Do

As an Audit Supervisor, you'll lead and execute complex audits, focusing on:

* Market Risk Management

* Liquidity & Funding Risk (ILAAP)

* Capital Management (ICAAP)

* Treasury & ALM (Asset and Liability Management) You'll assess the quality of governance, internal controls, and risk frameworks, and report key findings directly to senior management and the audit committee. You'll also:

* Develop audit strategies and scoping documents

* Supervise or mentor less experienced auditors * Coordinate with global teams across the 3LoD (Three Lines of Defence) model

* Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in audit practices

Your Profile

We're looking for a confident, hands-on Risk Professional who brings:

* 6+ years of experience (Within Market Risk Management and/or (Internal) Audit with a focus on above audits)

* Experience in international, complex organizations

* Fluent in English, fluency in other languages is a plus

* Great communication skills
