Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to products, orders, and returns while maintaining a positive shopping experience.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to efficiently handle customer requests and provide timely solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and store policies to assist customers accurately.
  • Document all customer interactions to enhance service quality and streamline processes.
  • Contribute to team goals and strive for continuous improvement in service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the retail sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle complaints effectively and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
