Key Responsibilities - Provide top-notch technical support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of IT-related issues, including software, hardware, and network problems.
- Educate customers about product features and best practices to enhance their usage.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Engage in ongoing training to keep your IT knowledge and skills up to date.
- Collect customer feedback to contribute to improvements in service delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both verbal and written.
- Strong experience in IT support or a related technical role is highly preferred.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and technical understanding.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment and adapt to new technologies.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, along with a proactive attitude.
