We're Hiring: HR Business Partner

Are you passionate about partnering with leaders and employees to create a thriving, people-focused workplace? We're looking for an HR Business Partner to join our team and help shape HR strategies that truly make a difference at a local level.


What you'll do:

  • Build strong relationships with managers to influence decisions and support workforce planning, productivity, and team development.
  • Help shape organizational design, succession planning, and readiness for change.
  • Collaborate with talent acquisition to find top-notch candidates, streamline hiring, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Support performance management through coaching, feedback, and talent reviews.
  • Identify learning and development needs and help grow skills through training and workshops.
  • Track and analyze HR metrics like retention, engagement, and time-to-fill, using insights to drive business improvements.
  • Boost employee morale by organizing engagement initiatives and addressing feedback from surveys.
  • Act as a change agent during organizational transformations and help teams navigate shifts and new processes.
  • Represent our values and help enhance our employer brand through local events and campaigns.


Who we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or similar (or equivalent experience).
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • At least 3 years’ experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR advisory role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Collaborative approach to working with HR leaders and business management.


The nitty-gritty:

  • You'll report to the Employee Relations Manager.
  • No direct reports, but you'll be a trusted advisor and coach to managers.
  • Mostly local work with some occasional travel (up to 10%).
  • This role offers a great mix of operational HR tasks and strategic influence.
