The Role
Are you experienced in leading complex supply chain projects? Do you have the skills to manage global transformations across multiple functions?
We are hiring for a Tier 1 FMCG manufacturing business who are setting up a brand-new business unit and are looking to hire a new procurement team.? We are looking for a Global PMO to lead the disentanglement programme for one of their major brand portfolios. You will oversee the delivery of major product technology transfers, supporting the strategic separation from the wider group. This is a high-impact role working across global teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the PMO , ensuring effective governance, consistent reporting, and strong project controls
- Deliver product tech transfers on time, within budget, and to high standards
- Drive change management and implement communication plans to support smooth adoption of new systems and ways of working
- Collaborate across functions including R&D, Quality, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and IT
- Report regularly to senior leadership on progress, risks, and outcomes
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Promote best practice in project delivery, process improvement and technology adoption

The Person
- Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA or similar preferred)
- 5–10 years' experience in supply chain, including 5 years in regional project management
- Proven experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes
- Strong knowledge of PMO practices and project methodologies (e.g. PMP, Prince2, Agile)
- Confident communicator able to influence at senior levels
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international setting
- Willingness to travel as needed
