This role offers a chance to engage with clients passionate about media content, ensuring they receive outstanding support and assistance tailored to their needs.


Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients across various platforms, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to media subscriptions, content access, and technical support.
  • Handle issues related to billing, account management, and services, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest media content, offerings, and company policies to provide accurate information.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain organized records for future reference.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve any escalated customer issues promptly.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, especially in the media or entertainment sector, is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear guidance to customers.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • A passion for media and entertainment, with an understanding of industry trends.
