Job Description
As a Senior Python/Django Developer, you will:
  • Design, develop, debug, and maintain RESTful APIs using Python and Django.
  • Understand existing application code and propose changes for refactoring and optimization.
  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code, building new Python applications from scratch when required.
  • Ensure smooth data exchange between front-end and back-end systems.
  • Optimize API performance, security, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
  • Work with Azure DevOps and participate in CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 8–10 years of hands-on experience in Python and Django (E3 – Expert Level).
  • Strong knowledge of Django REST Framework (DRF) and API development.
  • Experience with SQL and Cosmos DB for database management.
  • Proficiency with GIT for version control and collaborative development.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and deployment workflows.
  • Strong experience in application refactoring and modernizing legacy applications.
  • Working knowledge of Pandas and Python scripting for data processing.
You should possess the ability to:
  • Analyze and understand complex, existing application code.
  • Refactor and rewrite applications to improve performance, maintainability, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, production-ready solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Optimize workflows through CI/CD practices and automation.
