Functieomschrijving

  • Order to cash process

  • Key account management

  • Being in contact internal and external stakeholders via e-mail and phone.

  • Working with several software systems; warehouse management system, order management, MS Office

  • Processing of the daily incoming and outgoing order flow

  • Inventory management

  • Making sure all the communication goes smoothly between all team members involving logistics processes.

  • Reporting, analysing ongoing problems/points should be improved.

Working in an international company with pharmaceutical productsDynamic working environment

  • You have MBO 4 or HBO working and thinking level.

  • You have experience in Customer service or administration within logistics department or within a logistic company.

  • You have strong communication skills.

  • You are available for 40h.

  • You are fluent in English

  • You are handy with different software system.

  • You are keen to work in a dynamic working environment.

  • You are attentive to the details and accurate
