Responsibilities - Deliver outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to transportation services.
- Assist customers with booking information, schedules, and general operational questions.
- Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of transportation services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly for quality assurance and service improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to inform customers effectively.
Requirements
 - Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the transportation or logistics sectors.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions to customers.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
