Position Overview

We are looking for a specialist with 2–3 years of relevant experience to manage regional e-commerce order and payment processes. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth and secure transactions while driving improvements in payment success rates and customer experience. You will work cross-functionally with Customer Service, Finance, IT, and Logistics teams, and directly with major payment service providers to manage the full payment lifecycle: authorization, refunds, cancellations, disputes, and chargebacks. The position may be eligible for work-from-home (WFH) arrangements, subject to global policy and individual evaluation.


Job Responsibilities

  • Manage payment service provider platforms (e.g., Stripe, Adyen) to resolve transaction issues and optimize payment performance
  • Monitor and oversee daily order and payment flows, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Handle refunds, order cancellations, disputes, chargebacks, and suspected fraud cases
  • Analyze payment data and provide recommendations to improve processes and reduce risks
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Finance, IT, and Logistics teams to streamline cross-functional order and payment workflows


Qualifications and background

  • 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce order/payment operations or related fields
  • Hands-on experience with major payment service providers such as Stripe and Adyen
  • Strong knowledge of refunds, cancellations, fraud management, disputes, and chargeback handling
  • Familiarity with commonly used payment methods (credit cards, online banking, PayPal, Klarna); experience managing multiple payment methods is a plus
