Job Description:
Business Development Manager – Measurement Instrumentation Market Benelux should have extensive experience developing the measurement instrumentation market by building solid relationships with both Distributors and End Users. Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing BNL region direct and in-direct sales channels for thermography and future process control sensors product line (including but not limited to flow measurement and pressure measurement), creating short- and long-term business plans to increase sales revenue.
- Finding business opportunities and growth potentials.
- Approaching and establishing new, solid and long-term relationships with distributors and end users.
- Presenting the solutions to potential customers.
- Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
- Working closely with colleagues in the regional sales team
- Lobbying in associations and interest groups.
- Assisting clients with specific projects.
- Positioning HIKMICRO as the preferred product for clients.
- Preparing business reports as requested by management.
You are the perfect candidate if you have:
- Currently located in Netherlands.
- At least 2 years of experience in the flow meter/pressure meter industry and have access to established local business networks.
- Proven corporate negotiation skills.
- Open minded to working in a multi-cultural company.
- Self-driven, ambitious, and proactive.
- You are fluent in Dutch and have strong communication skills in English, both oral and written.
- Solid in Outlook and related Microsoft products.
- Willingness to travel within the country.
