Your Role

As Financial Controller, you will support the Finance Manager and play a key role in delivering accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting. You will be responsible for the month-end closing, preparation of financial statements, and actively driving improvements within our processes and internal controls. This role combines operational responsibilities with process optimization and leadership within the finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain financial administration
• Oversee tax returns for multiple entities
• Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls
• Execute and manage the month-end closing process
• Prepare financial statements in line with accounting standards
• Identify and drive process improvements within finance and administration
• Coach colleagues within the finance team and act as a subject-matter expert

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor or University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a controlling role
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, legislation, and compliance
• Analytical mindset combined with excellent communication skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and result-driven
• Comfortable working with data and eager to understand complex processes
