The position

As a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist at agap2, you take on the challenge within an international environment with a local focus. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects over the years, based on your experience and interests. Projects within industries such as Banking, Fintech, Telco, Retail, Sports, and Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for strengthening our quality standards within complex, high-tech projects. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our quality policy, ensuring compliance with both civil and military quality standards, including ISO 9001 and AQAP 2110. You will play a key role in developing, implementing, and safeguarding our Quality Management System (QMS), while collaborating closely with engineering, project management, and supply chain teams to integrate quality into all processes.

• Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and AQAP 2110.
• Lead internal and external audits, including audits by defense customers and certification bodies.
• Establish a company-wide quality structure that meets NATO and defense project requirements.
• Advise management and project teams on compliance, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Coach QA teams and increase quality awareness across the organization.
• Act as the link with external stakeholders in the field of quality.

What you bring to the position

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Maritime Technology, Industrial Design).
• At least 5 years of experience in a QA role within a technically complex production environment.
• Proven experience with ISO standards and preferably AQAP guidelines (ideally AQAP 2110 or 2310).
• Experience with defense-related projects is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and persuasiveness.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English.
