Senior Node.js Developer

Salary up to €85,000

Amstelveen - 1 day a week onsite


Our client is a well-known full service IT company currently on the look out for a Senior Node.js Developer. As a Senior Node.js Developer you will:


  • Translate business needs into technical solutions and support strategic analyses.
  • Guide through migrations and optimizations, and ensure security and compliance.
  • Lead innovative projects and introduce new technologies to create strategic impact.


They have a strong focus on innovation, personal growth, and a high-quality service for their customers. Working with some globally recognised partners, the team is expanding and we need extra hands on within the Backend team.


The current tech-stack is as follows:

Node.js (TypeScript), Nuxt3/Vue3, PostgreSQL

IDE: VSCode

GitHub

Docker Desktop

Google Cloud Platform

Knowledge of Directus is an advantage


As a Senior Node.js Developer you will join a small tight-knit team of developers, taking on ownership and leadership duties from day one. You will be a mentor to the Medior and Junior developers on your team, guiding them and sharing knowledge and best practices. To be successful in this role it's crucial you have a proactive attitude and the ability to inspire and motivate team members.

You must be able to commute to Amstelveen once a week.

You must speak Dutch to a professional proficiency to be considered for this role
