Your Role

As Service Manager, you will:

  • Ensure the smooth operation of all three service centres, including staffing (altogether 11 employees, plus you), shift organization, and optimization of operational processes and costs.
  • Handle daily operational issues.
  • Cooperate closely with the senior technician and other team members to improve work efficiency.
  • Monitor and evaluate the status of incidents and service requests; oversee their timely and quality resolution.
  • Manage 2 direct reports (Senior Technician and Administrative Assistant) and 9 indirect (Technician).
  • Coordinate logistics operations between the service centres in Netherlands and technical headquarter in Germany.
  • Cooperate with other departments within the organisation (technical, HR, logistics) to achieve operational and strategic goals.


What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in operations (team leader or managerial role), international environment preferred.
  • Ability to solve problems independently, make decisions, and take responsibility.
  • Strong organizational skills and result orientation.
  • Experience in logistics and planning is an advantage.
  • Good PC skills (Excel, planning tools, reporting).
  • Fluent in English (for communication with the international headquarters).
  • Driving license category B.
  • VOL-VCA certificate would be a plus.
