Customer Success Director | MarTech Scale-Up | 150K OTE


Our client is a high-growth MarTech scale-up solving a very real pain: helping marketing teams and digital agencies simplify and automate performance reporting. In a world flooded with fragmented data and tools, this platform offers clarity, automation, and visual simplicity — and it's already being used by thousands of customers across the globe.

That means: you’re stepping in right before a major growth wave. As the Customer Success Director, you'll own strategy, structure, and team, with a mandate to build a scalable, commercially driven CS function. It’s a unique opportunity to lead transformation at exactly the right stage for maximum impact.


The org is flat and execution-focused. You’ll work directly with the CEO and enjoy fast decision-making, autonomy, and visibility.


Role Overview

You’ll lead a team of 5 Customer Success Managers and 5 support professionals, owning all things CS — from onboarding and customer journey design to retention metrics and expansion strategy.


Your core mission? Shift the function from reactive to proactive, and scale the CS model to match the company’s ambitious growth roadmap.


Must-Haves

  • 3+ years experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success
  • 1+ year managing a CS or Support team (5–10 FTE)
  • Proven experience in a scale-up environment (e.g. €5–10M ARR)
  • Hands-on, strategic, and structured leadership style
  • Proactive, commercially minded, and outcome-focused
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)


Nice-to-Haves

  • Background in MarTech or performance analytics tools
  • Experience transitioning CS from support-oriented to commercial-focused
  • Change management and scaling experience


Compensation & Benefits

  • OTE up to €150K (80/20 split)
