As the Customer Success Director, you'll own strategy, structure, and team, with a mandate to build a scalable, commercially driven CS function. The org is flat and execution-focused. You’ll work directly with the CEO and enjoy fast decision-making, autonomy, and visibility.
Role Overview
You’ll lead a team of 5 Customer Success Managers and 5 support professionals, owning all things CS — from onboarding and customer journey design to retention metrics and expansion strategy.
Your core mission? Shift the function from reactive to proactive, and scale the CS model to match the company’s ambitious growth roadmap.
