The Head of Sales is in charge of shaping, driving, and improving the overall commercial direction of the business. This position brings together strategic sales leadership with active sales involvement, people management, and building strong customer relationships across B2 B, B2 C, and retail channels. It comes with responsibility for revenue growth, commercial ownership, and decision making.The Head of Sales works closely with the Chief Operating Officer and oversees the full sales department (including Team Leaders, Account Managers, and Sales Support).
