Develop and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions including workflows, rules, roles, policies, connectors, and certifications.
Onboard applications (Delimited, JDBC, AD, Web Services, etc.) to SailPoint with end-to-end provisioning and de-provisioning.
Customize LCM (Lifecycle Manager) workflows and build rules (Provisioning, Policy Violation, Pre-/Post-Delegation, etc.).
Configure and maintain Identity Cubes, Roles, and Entitlements.
Create and enhance custom connectors and integrate with systems like Active Directory, SAP, ServiceNow, etc.
Perform SailPoint version upgrades, patching, and environment optimization.
Work with cross-functional teams (Security, DevOps, HRIS) to align IAM solutions with business requirements.
Ensure compliance with industry standards (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001).
Troubleshoot identity issues and perform root cause analysis.
Generate reports and dashboards for governance and audit purposes.
3+ years of hands-on development experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (v7.x or v8.x).
Strong programming knowledge in Java, Beanshell, XML, and JSON.
Expertise in connector development and customization (REST, SOAP, JDBC, LDAP).
Experience with user provisioning, access certification, policy violation, and attestation campaigns.
Understanding of IAM protocols such as SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SCIM, LDAP.
Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), ServiceNow, SAP, etc.
Experience in troubleshooting and supporting SailPoint applications in production environments.
Exposure to DevOps/CI-CD tools like GitHub, Jenkins, Azure DevOps.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
