Lead, inspire, and manage a globally distributed engineering organisation, ensuring technical excellence, motivation, and development of 80+ ate strategic product ambitions into robust project plans, working across disciplines and geographies to ensure timely delivery of innovative, high-quality alignment of engineering deliverables with customer needs, internal stakeholders, and business development the global engineering budget and allocate resources in line with both short-term priorities and long-term in strong relationships with manufacturing, quality assurance, and product management to support scalable and sustainable product ahead of technological trends in mechatronics and automotive systems; integrate emerging tools, technologies, and processes into team ard compliance with international safety and industry a culture of continuous improvement, intellectual curiosity, and operational excellence within the department.
