- Entrepreneurial leadership: Leverage your network and commercial drive to open doors, secure projects, and grow the presence Netherlands.
- Client impact: Partner with clients as a trusted advisor, helping them tackle strategic and operational challenges with a structured and pragmatic approach.
- Team building: Recruit, coach, and develop consultants, fostering an entrepreneurial and impact-driven culture.
- Delivery excellence: Take responsibility for end-to-end project delivery while guiding your teams to success.
- Growth ownership: Contribute to internal processes and initiatives that accelerate sustainable growth in the Dutch market.
Requirements- 8–15 years of professional experience, ideally with a significant background in consulting or strategy roles.
- Proven experience leading projects and managing teams.
- Expertise in at least one of the key domains: Business, Sustainability, Digital & Data, or Private Equity.
- Strong business development skills with a solid network in the Netherlands and Belgium.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for creating meaningful impact.
- Based in (or willing to be based in) Amsterdam.

Requirements
• 8 to 15 years of professional experience, including a significant part in the consulting world or in a similar role in the industry • Previous experience as project and team leader (i.e.managing small teams in a strategy and/or implementation consulting set-up) • Solid experience in at least one area of expertise: Business, Sustainability, or Digital & Data, Private Equity • You have a solid business network in Belgium and excellent business development credentials, with proven track record or at least strong affinity for a commercial role (creating opportunities, closing projects and delivering projects) • Fluent in English and Dutch • Positive entrepreneurial mindset • You share our vision and passion for delivering a positive impact to clients and beyond • You are based in The Netherlands to work in Amsterdam
