Liaise with the teams and departments in Applied Medical that will transition to ServiceNow to build flows and create catalogue items
Maintain the overall health of the ServiceNow environment. This includes monitoring supporting architecture, overseeing license usage, troubleshooting, and resolving issues
Contribute to design discussions and decisions to ensure we are creating the best solutions
Develop scalable solutions in ServiceNow, using standard methodologies/patterns to address prioritized IT as well business needs
Proactively monitors supported (existing) business processes and / or functionality and seeks continual process improvement in accordance with, but not limited to ITIL best practices, to meet IT and business needs
What you bring
Bachelors/HBO level education, preferably in Computer Science
1+ years of ServiceNow System Administration experience
Certified ServiceNow Administrator (Implementation Specialist Certification a plus)
Experience with ITSM processes and implementing ServiceNow processes and functions
Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies
Experience with and developing with web technologies (XML, HTML, Angular JS, Web Services, JavaScript etc.)
Experience in one or more of the following: REST API integrations, custom application development, Workflows, Flows
Fluency in English, both spoken and written
