Responsibilities: Shiftleader - Fast Casual Food (32h)

As a Shiftleader you are responsible for: 

  • Leading a team of student workers, creating a positive, motivated, and efficient work environment;
  • Ensuring that every dish meets the standards for freshness, quality, and presentation;
  • Guiding customers in building their perfect dish while delivering excellent service;
  • Managing opening and closing shifts to keep daily operations running smoothly;
  • Learning about key performance indicators (KPIs) and understanding how they contribute to restaurant success.

    As a Shift Leader, you meet the following requirements:

  • You have experience in hospitality or food service, ideally in a leadership or managerial role, or you’re eager to take the next step with full training provided;
  • You are at least 18 years old, looking for a full-time job, and flexible to work evenings and weekends;
  • You understand or are willing to learn about safety and hygiene standards (HACCP) and are committed to delivering excellent customer service, including handling inquiries and complaints professionally;
  • You thrive in a dynamic, diverse team environment and are ready to grow with a fast-expanding company;
  • You have the legal permits required to work in Belgium or the Netherlands and can provide relevant documentation if needed.

    For the position of Shiftleader, a gross hourly wage of €15,67 will be offered. They also provide attractive secondary benefits, which I’d be happy to discuss with you in a personal conversation.
