Implementation consultant (supply chain)

With our intelligent purchasing software, we empower over 300 webshops and wholesalers to make smarter buying decisions, using predictive analytics to optimize inventory management.

As our new Implementation Consultant, you are the technical architect of our customers' success. You will be responsible for the heavy lifting of data integration and system configuration, creating custom-made workflows that solve unique supply chain challenges. Your primary goal is to build a robust and seamless technical foundation, ensuring that a customer's transition to Optiply is fast and flawless. You will transform, clean, and migrate complex customer data, handling the technical barriers to accelerate their time-to-value

• Own Technical Implementation: Take full ownership of the technical setup and data integration for new customers, from post-sales handover to a successful go-live.
• Serve as Data Concierge: Employ a hands-on, "do it for you" approach to transform, clean, and migrate customer inventory data, ensuring a fast and successful launch.
• Configure and Customize: Personally handle the data configuration and platform setup, adapting the Optiply solution to meet the specific needs and data structures of each customer
• Troubleshoot and Solve: Act as the technical expert during the crucial initial months, proactively troubleshooting data integrations and resolving complex technical issues
• Bridge the Gap: Collaborate closely with our Product team to relay valuable technical feedback from customers that will shape the future of Optiply's integration capabilities.

• You are a structured, technical problem-solver with a passion for technology and a solid understanding of supply chain dynamics. You thrive on architecting solutions and seeing a complex technical process click into place.
• Technical Expertise: You are highly tech-savvy and comfortable with software, with proven experience in database management (e.g., MySQL) and integrations.
• ERP/WMS Experience: You have hands-on experience with ERP or WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Exact, Odoo, Picqer).
• Project Management Skills: You are highly organized, capable of managing multiple complex implementation projects simultaneously with a keen eye for detail.
• Supply Chain Knowledge: You understand core supply chain concepts like lead times, safety stock, forecasting, and purchase orders.
• Strong Communicator: You possess excellent communication skills in English and are fluent in Dutch (C2 minimum - mandatory).
• Bonus Points: Experience in a SaaS company, especially in an implementation or technical onboarding role.
