What will you be doing?
As a Credit and Collection Specialist in Alphen aan den Rijn, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the accounts receivable portfolio and actively reaching out to customers with outstanding invoices.
• Monitoring credit limits and ensuring timely adherence to payment agreements.
• Collaborating with sales, customer service, and finance teams to streamline collection processes.
• Identifying financial risks and proposing actionable improvements to mitigate them.

What do you bring?

• Minimum MBO+ / HBO working and thinking level, preferably in a financial field (Associate's or Bachelor's degree level).
• Proven experience in a similar position, such as Credit Controller or Collection Specialist.
• Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• A proactive mindset with a customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
