You will actively participate in handling complaints and resolving guest inquiries.
Completing financial audit reports and procedures is one of your biggest tasks.
You have excellent interpersonal skills and are able to connect with others
Handling requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude is what you do
You are a night owl and enjoy working shifts from 11pm to 7am.
You have a good command of the English language and excellent communication skills
Your biggest motivator? Exceeding guests' expectations and making sure they come back for a 2nd (or even 3rd) visit!
