Je komt te werken bij een middelgroot advies- en accountantskantoor met meerdere vestigingen in de Randstad. Het kantoor verzorgt betrouwbare cijfers en zorgt ervoor dat klanten voldoen aan alle fiscale verplichtingen. Maar de focus ligt vooral op het geven van duidelijke, begrijpelijke adviezen en het actief meedenken met ondernemers over de belangrijke momenten in hun bedrijfsvoering.
Binnen de organisatie werken ruim 280 professionals, waaronder fiscalisten, juristen en specialisten op het gebied van HRM, subsidies, financiering, estate planning, pensioen en internationaal ondernemen. The Role

Job DescriptionDo you have experience with tax issues for SMEs, business owners (DGAs), and individuals, and want to grow into the role of trusted advisor for entrepreneurs on tax matters? Then this is a great opportunity.
What you will do:
Reviewing the tax position of both large and small clients.
Advising on estate planning and guiding business restructurings.
Coaching junior tax advisors.
Communicating with the Dutch Tax Authority (pre-consultation, objections, appeals).
Identifying advisory opportunities and offering solutions.
Reviewing complex corporate tax, transfer tax, inheritance tax, gift tax, and income tax returns.
Supporting complex restructuring projects.
Gross monthly salary: 4,200 6,400 (depending on education and experience).

Completed Masters degree in Tax Law or Tax Economics.
Registered with the NOB (Dutch Association of Tax Advisers), currently in training, or willing to start.
At least 3 years of experience as a tax advisor, tax consultant, fiscalist, or similar.
Excellent communication in Dutch and good command of English.
Strong numerical insight, independence, and client focus.
Professional, reliable, and team-oriented.
Knowledge of estate planning is a plus.
