Your Mission
As Parts Order Expeditor, you manage procurement by taking corrective and preventive actions that will lead into an optimum supply chain avoiding stock out and overstock situations. The goal is to achieve the best possible reliable procurement within the value limits set by management resulting in a higher customer satisfaction and therefore higher sales.
What You’ll Be Doing
Support
Support internal customers on all parts purchase related questions regarding deliveries suppliers and transport options.
Procurement Order
Timely placing all purchase orders for parts.
Investigate, solve and process order confirmation.
Analyze and active follow up of purchase orders to ensure delivery against requested date.
Analyze and take the necessary actions proactively to achieve the best possible delivery and support questions from suppliers.
Responsible for finding solutions and selecting best alternative options in case of problems in the supply chain.
Discuss special request from supplier with parts procurement.
Decide on best possible transport mode, balancing between transportation cost and customer satisfaction.
Continuous improvement: always critically assess processes and take corrective and preventive actions to improve existing procedures.
Other
Lead-time and all procurement data maintenance.
All other common purchase related activities on the department.
What You Bring
MBO+ or HBO level
Fluent Dutch and English
Superior analytical skills
Knowledge of MS D365, MS Office, MS Power BI, Extensive knowledge MS Excel.
Experience and knowledge of an international supply chain environment
Ability to understand various complex systems e.g., IDMS (ERP system), ISF (technical library), WMS in SAP (Warehouse Management).

Compensation built of a yearly gross salary between 42’000 euros and 52’000 euros (including holiday allowance and based on experience) + a guaranteed bonus (4%)
