Operator Role at Stroopwafel Factory – Growth and Permanent Position Possible

What You’ll Do
As an Operator in our stroopwafel production facility, you’ll ensure smooth operations across the line—from mixing dough and syrup to setting ovens and overseeing final product quality. You’ll troubleshoot technical issues efficiently, maintain high standards of hygiene and safety, and actively contribute to system improvements. Every day brings new tasks on a modern, largely automated production line.
Schedule:
You’ll work in a 3-shift rotation:
Monday :
- Morning shift: 03.00 – 12.00
- Afternoon shift: 12.00 – 21.00
- Night shift: 21.00 – 06.30
Tuesday till Friday:
- Morning shift: 06:30 - 14:30
- Afternoon shift: 14:30 - 22:30
- Night shift: 22:30 - 06:30
- Good command of Dutch or English.
- MBO+ level education / thinking, ideally with a technical or mechanical background.
- Prior experience as a Machine Operator, Production Operator, or similar role is a plus.
You’ll be employed via Actief Werkt!, working at Biscuit International, a leading European producer of biscuits, toast, and breakfast products, including stroopwafels enjoyed in both the Netherlands and abroad.
- Starting salary from € 16.24 gross per hour. Higher starting pay can be discussed based on proven experience
Evening & night shift bonuses:
18:00 – 03:00 (€ 22.41 gross per hour)
03:00 – 06:30 39 % (€ 22.57 gross per hour)
