As a production worker, you ensure that sandwich panels are made perfectly. If this role is not performed well, delays, quality issues, and dissatisfied customers can occur. You prevent that. You work closely with colleagues, follow technical drawings, and make sure each panel is correct. You keep your workplace clean and safe and respond to incoming orders.

Your top 3 tasks are:

  • Gluing and assembling panels according to drawings;

  • Preparing and processing materials;

  • Performing quality checks.

Additionally, you assist with preparing and cleaning press tables. In this role, you can also contribute ideas for process improvements, work according to safety guidelines, and help your team ensure production runs smoothly. The working times are from Monday until Friday, from 7:00 until 16:00.

You are results-driven, work carefully, show perseverance, and take initiative. You treat colleagues with respect. You also bring:

  • Technical insight or the willingness to learn it;

  • Basic knowledge of production drawings (or willingness to learn);

  • Experience with safe working practices, preferably in a production environment;

  • Proficiency in Dutch or English.

Wat wij jou bieden:

These benefits are based on a 40-hour workweek. You can expect:

  • A gross salary of € 2.726 per month and after 4 weeks € 2.813 per month

  • 25 vacation days;

  • 8.33% holiday allowance;

  • Pension accrual from day one;

  • Stability: a long-term position with the possibility of permanent employment;

  • Day shifts only, no evenings or weekends.
