We’re launching a new business unit: Aurora Live Industrial, and we’re looking for a commercially driven Network Growth Manager to join us from the very beginning.

In this role, you’ll focus on building our executive network within the manufacturing sector — identifying and engaging with C-level leaders and introducing them to the unique value of the Aurora Live Industrial community.

This is a launchpad for a career in B2B sales. You’ll gain industry knowledge, business acumen, and direct access to top-level executives — all while developing skills that can take you to the next level.

Your Role: Network Growth Manager

As part of the Aurora Live Industrial launch team, your focus will be to grow our executive network in the Nordics and build long-term, trust-based relationships with industry leaders.

Key responsibilities:


  • Identify and connect with C-level executives in the manufacturing sector

  • Reach out via phone and LinkedIn to introduce the Aurora Live concept

  • Host video meetings to communicate the network’s value

  • Understand the business priorities and challenges of your prospects

  • Collaborate closely with team leads and management to drive unit growth

  • Lay the foundation for your future in B2B sales — evolving from relationships to deals
