Field service representative - atm

As a Field Service Representative, you are the point of contact for the operational condition of ATMs within your region. You ensure that these devices remain neat, safe and in good working order by:

• Cleaning and maintaining ATMs, both outside and inside and all associated attributes such as advertising signs.
• Carrying out minor technical repairs (such as replacing parts or solving malfunctions).
• Carrying out preventive checks and inspections.
• Reporting major technical problems to the service team.
• Documenting your work via a mobile system.
  

Requirements

• A technical background or affinity with technology.
• Driving license B (required).
• Independence and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Friendly, neat and reliable – you work at locations where trust is important.
• You recognize yourself in a solution-oriented approach.
• Willingness to work irregular hours occasionally
