About the position of IT Global Service Desk Manager
As a Global Service Desk Manager, you play a key role in managing IT service desk processes and teams worldwide. You combine leadership, process management, and functional IT knowledge with a strong focus on service improvement, automation, and user satisfaction.
You will collaborate daily with external IT partners, optimize self-service, enhance the digital workplace, and ensure a standardized global service offering. In close cooperation with other IT departments, you will also lead the transformation toward modern, automated, and data-driven IT support.
