What do you do as a Business Analyst at C?

The Processing & Acquiring Solutions department fulfills our responsibility as a payment institution and transaction processor. We are part of the critical infrastructure. CCV has been active with these services in the Benelux and numerous other European countries for over 20 years. Our market share is growing, but with it, the technical and operational challenges of being a reliable partner for our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of many payment transactions in the countries where we operate. This means shaping changes within the department, but also (co-)shaping changes for many other departments and systems within CCV.


We are looking for a Business Analyst to support colleagues within the department and translate customer and internal needs into concrete and usable solutions. With your pragmatic approach and expertise, you will help build the future of even more efficient and effective payment and transaction services. Your main tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Identifying customer and internal needs, wishes, and requirements

  • Implementing these, together with your colleagues, within your own domain, department, and the wider organization

  • Analyzing complex issues and translating them into efficient (partial) solutions

  • Organizing and supervising the implementation of improvements and optimization points in collaboration with customers and relevant internal and external stakeholders

    You're a networker and a connector, driven by a desire to achieve results. You easily convince others of your ideas, perspectives, and plans while maintaining support and acceptance. You have strong organizational skills and can naturally guide your colleagues through the steps required to achieve the desired change.

  • A completed higher professional or university education with relevant experience as a Business Analyst.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role

  • A process thinker who can determine a complete picture of the business question with a helicopter view and a strong affinity with complex IT implementations and advice based on analysis

  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to clearly record and communicate this to the stakeholders involved

  • Good command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written
