What will you be doing?

As a forklift driver within our organization, you will have a very varied, challenging, and responsible job involving transport on our yard and the proper management of our container bins and sorting bins. As a forklift operator, you will be primarily responsible for the correct and efficient loading and unloading of the container bins and sorting bins. You will also be responsible for the daily maintenance of your machine and will actively contribute to safety, order, and cleanliness on the yard. Riwald Recycling offers internal training to learn all processes and materials. In all your work, you will take safety, environmental, and quality requirements into account.

Job requirements

• Ability to work independently with a forklift truck; experience with a shovel is an advantage


• You preferably have completed training or relevant work experience at VMBO/MBO technical level, supplemented with a forklift truck certificate


• Affinity with technology and metals


• You are a good communicator and have a good command of the Dutch language


• You can work independently, but also as part of a team.


• You don't mind starting early (7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) and working overtime if necessary.


• You live in the vicinity of Almelo.
