Job description

Step into a high-impact role on our Global Business Development team as a Business Development Representative (BDR). Whether you're starting out or bring years of experience, this role offers you the chance to shine. You'll play a critical role in generating new business, expanding our partner ecosystem, and contributing to the development of our software solution portfolio. With significant growth potential — from partner management to direct sales — you'll have the autonomy and support to shape your own success.
What will you do?
Lead Generation & Outreach (40%)
  • You'll research, identify, and engage with potential leads through outbound calls, email, and social platforms.
  • Using CRM tools (like Dynamics), you'll manage follow-ups and keep leads warm and moving.
  • Partner Development (30%)
  • You'll introduce new resellers, VARs, and MSPs to our client's solutions and help them understand how to collaborate effectively.
  • You’ll own those early relationship stages and help set them up for long-term success.
  • Market Research & Solution Expansion (30%)
  • You'll stay tuned into industry shifts, trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • You'll help scope out opportunities with new software vendors and contribute to bringing new solutions to market.

  • Requirements

    Who are you?
  • A track record of success in sales or business development
  • German must be at C2 level (written and spoken)
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • You have work experience in Germany
  • A structured approach to work, with an eye for spotting opportunities others might miss, pro active and structured
  • Comfortable collaborating across teams
  • Experience with CRM systems (Dynamics preferred)
  • Self-motivation, discipline, and a bias toward action
  • Work on site during training period (the first 4 months) - After 4 months, hybrid work can be discussed
  • You must have a valid working permit and residence permit for the Netherlands
  • You must live in the region of Almere

  • Working conditions

  • This is a long term position with growth opportunities - 4 days - 32 hours per week
  • Start: 1 September 2025 (can be discussed)
  • Competitive base salary (€30-50k depending on experience) - the salary is based on full time (40 hours per week)
